No. Bay Asset Care operates on a scheduled service model. We do not provide emergency, after-hours, or on-call services. This allows us to maintain consistent, reliable service for all clients.

We are insured and operate as a property maintenance and home watch service. We are not a licensed contractor, plumber, electrician, or marine mechanic. Any work requiring a licensed professional will be recommended and can be coordinated upon request.

If an issue is identified, we will document it with photos, notify you, and provide recommended next steps. With your approval, we can coordinate with a qualified vendor or contractor to address the issue.

Yes. We frequently coordinate with cleaners, contractors, delivery services, and vendors to ensure your property is maintained and ready when needed.

Yes. We offer scheduled marine checks including dock line inspections, visual boat checks, fender adjustments, storm preparation (during visits), and condition reporting. We do not perform mechanical or engine repairs.

Yes. RV services include exterior checks, hookup inspections, system monitoring, and general condition reporting. RV lot services include site inspections, utility checks, and light cleanup to keep the property in good condition.

Pricing is based on the selected service plan, visit frequency, property type, and requested services. Additional work, materials, or extended labor may increase the final cost.

Yes, we handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks during scheduled visits when appropriate. Larger or specialized repairs will be documented and recommended for follow-up.
